The balivegas app and web browser offer identical features, but app users benefit from offline cache—your recent bets, account balance, and game history load instantly even during network delays. balivegas is compatible with Android 7 and later and iOS 12 and later. Devices with older operating systems cannot download or run the app. If your device is incompatible, you can still access balivegas through your phone's web browser and manage your account from there. We recommend devices with at least 100 MB of free storage space for the app and regular internet connectivity of 1 Mbps or faster.

Troubleshooting common installation issues

On Android, you may see a security warning that installation from unknown sources is not permitted. Navigate to your device's Settings → Security menu and enable "Unknown Sources" or "Install from Unknown Sources" (exact wording varies by manufacturer). You may also see a certificate warning—this is normal when installing APK files and does not indicate a security risk to your device. You can proceed safely. On iOS, the web app requires you to enable "Add to Home Screen" from Safari's share menu; this option appears only on iOS 12.2 and later. If installation fails, clear your browser cache and try again. Our support team can guide you through this via in-app help or email.

Your balivegas account requires email, mobile number, and KYC identity documents (government-issued ID photo) during setup.
