We never store card numbers or bank credentials ourselves. Payment processing happens through secure APIs provided by e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and your bank. We receive only a confirmation that your deposit was successful and the amount transferred. Your payment provider holds the actual credentials, not balivegas.

Note: We keep encryption keys in multiple secure locations and rotate them regularly. Even our own staff cannot decrypt your personal ID or financial data without multiple authorisations.

Session and activity data

We log when you log in, which games you play, your betting entries, and the outcomes. We track your IP address, device type (Android app or iOS browser), and approximate location by city (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, etc.). We monitor for fraud patterns—for example, multiple rapid deposits followed by immediate withdrawals, or login attempts from multiple countries simultaneously. If we detect suspicious activity, we may freeze your account temporarily and ask you to confirm your identity.

Our fraud-detection partner receives a summary of your login pattern and transaction history to flag suspicious accounts; they don't receive your ID number or personal information. These partners sign data-protection agreements with us and are bound by privacy law.

We may disclose your data to government authorities if required by law (for example, anti-money-laundering investigations). We will notify you of such requests unless legally prohibited from doing so. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for at least 5 years after you close it, to comply with financial-audit requirements. Your ID photograph is retained for the same period. Deleted photographs are permanently removed from our system. If you ask us to delete your account before the mandatory retention period expires, we'll anonymise it—we keep transaction records for regulatory compliance but remove your name, ID, and email.
