Our terms differ from generic online-service agreements because balivegas operates a gaming platform with regulated financial flows. We manage deposits through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and direct bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), not just credit cards. We verify your identity through government ID, not just email confirmation. We enforce withdrawal review windows, not subject to verification. When you create a balivegas account, you enter a legal agreement with us. This document outlines what we require from you, what we commit to, and how we handle disputes. Our account-opening conditions

Withdrawal review and timing

When you initiate a withdrawal, we review your request to confirm the amount doesn't exceed your available balance and check for unusual patterns (for example, a series of rapid deposits and immediate withdrawals). This review typically takes a few hours; straightforward requests often clear within 1–2 hours. Once approved, funds transfer to your chosen payment method—usually the one you used for deposits, or another verified method you've linked. We don't guarantee specific withdrawal times; the receiving bank or payment app handles the final transfer.

Withdrawals may be delayed if we detect potential fraud, if you're attempting to withdraw before meeting minimum play requirements (if applicable to your account), or if regulatory requirements demand additional verification. We'll notify you via email and in-app message of any delay and the reason behind it.

Account security and dispute resolution

We encrypt all communication between your phone and our servers using TLS 1.3. Your password is hashed before storage and never readable by our staff. You can enable two-factor authentication in Account Settings; we'll send an SMS code when you log in from a new device. If you lose your phone, change your password immediately from any device—this revokes all existing sessions. If you dispute a transaction, provide us with the date, amount, and payment method, and we'll investigate. Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.
